  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • All FLEXCITEINO products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
