2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier issues may affect your delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Costs

- Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $100.
- International shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on the size of your order and delivery address.
5. Customs & Import Duties (for International Orders)
- FLEXCITEINO is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- International orders may be subject to additional delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can track your order directly through the provided tracking link.
- If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.
- FLEXCITEINO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
- If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
8. Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. FLEXCITEINO is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons
- During busy shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may be delayed due to high order volumes.
- We recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery.
